Seapoint Avenue, Blackrock

A complete transformation of a stone’s throw from Blackrock village, reimagining a dark, dated house into a bright, spacious and inviting home. The entire internal layout was reconfigured to suit the homeowner’s new chapter in life, with a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening to the garden and sea views beyond. A new fourth bedroom, ensuite and downstairs bathroom were added alongside a deep energy retrofit, bringing the house to an A2 BER rating.
