Exchequer Street, Dublin 2

A reimagining of a commercial apartment in the heart of Dublin city centre, originally bought as an artist’s studio by musician Nick Seymour of Crowded House. The project reconfigured the entire floor plan to suit a young family, addressing noise, storage and the need for generous, open-plan living. A spine wall with integrated storage dissects the space, separating the dining and living areas while decluttering the whole apartment. The result is a neat, sleek, retro-modern home that makes the most of every square metre.
